Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to report the extremely slow internet connection we are experiencing recently in our region, which has never happened before.

From our end, the connection speed could be as low as 1 kb/s, and we sometimes even have problems in using google. This has significantly affected our life. My husband used to be working from home, but now he has to drive more than ten kilometers for work. At the meantime, I have to stop using the internet, so that my son has a better speed. We have paid the bills, and actually this region all are suffering from the same issue.

I wonder if you can send people to come over and help to check if we need to install new cables, since they might be fairly old. At least, this will help us to locate the problem and hopefully can speed up the internet soon.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to with regard an internet problems. Our neighborhood have that problem for a long time.

The problem started 6 months ago and it is continue, we have not connection to internet. I guess, your connection line has broken or our cable have a problem for example maybe our cable could take a damage. For this reason mant people could not connect to internet.

This problem is affecting many people our neighborhood. Specially, many people work on internet and earn money. They have a problem and lose money. Also many children affected because they do not work on lessons and they will take many exam after 2 weeks

We are waiting to solve this problems from your company. We wrote many letter and we called many times your call center but connection problem still continue. For this reason we want to solve this problem this week or we going to complain your company to local authority.

We are waiting your response until this Thursday.

Dear Sir / Madam

I am writing to complain about the poor internet service provided by your company. The internet connection has been down in the whole area since Monday 24th May, that is 5 days. I called more than ten times and your technical support team vainly promised to solve the problem.

I am an online tutor of Arabic and I provide my services to many students around the world. Because of your faulty service, all my sessions were cancelled. Moreover, I had to make long-distance calls to apologize to the students, which caused considerable difficulty and embarrassment. . Furthermore, many of my neighbours work from home and with no internet connection their work and credability were greatly affected.

I would therefore like you to send a team of technicians to resolve this issue. If you unable to do so within two days , then I am afraid we will all switch to another internet service provider.
