Hi girls, I had 17 attempts till now. Last 7 times I needed only 0.5 mark on different parts to get all 7.

I was really sad because of this fact but now I am even more determined to continue and not to give up until I get all 7 and finally reach my desired country which is Australia.

Wish you luck to all of you who plan to set the test or have been passing through this IELTS horror as I do.

Some ideas

We are all in the same boat guys. we will make it one day. Lets keep practising until success is achieved.

I am motivated because I've seen a person that made it through and is in the process of registering to practise. we shouldn't give up.

All I can say is,in addition to ielts-buddy, read all academic ielts textbooks published by Cambridge you can get hold off from your local library.

I've seen great improvement since I started doing so and hopefully in no distant time I will announce the good news.

I passed the IELTS

Hello people, I finally passed this test. I had 22 attempts and finished it.

Here are my bands L 8.5, R 7.5, W 7 and S 7.

Now is the problem that I can't find an agent who will help me with the diploma recognition, can you imagine, after all it seems that I can't work as a nurse in Australia.

Please, write if you know someone who can help. I spent 3 years of my life and lots of money for nothing.

IELTS Academic UKVI

Recently took the Academic Module of the IELTS UKVI for NMC Application in the United Kingdom. Checked the results today.

OBS === 7.5

Speaking = 7.0
Listening = 8.5
Reading = 7.0
Writing = 6.5

Missed by just 0.5 on the Writing Subtest. Very frustrating. I prepared really well for this. By the way, I even attended classes and tutorial sessions particulary for the Writing Tasks. Now, I'm sitting infornt of my PC and wondering if I have any chance of getting the required scores. I'll have it remarked (EOR) once I have the printed TRF with me.
